The S25 Ultra got the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, an upgraded 50-megapixel ultrawide module and a more rounded, slightly lighter titanium body. Galaxy AI became more deeply integrated with Google Gemini and cross-app AI commands.
